[01] The invention relates to a track construction vehicle for carrying out track construction work, with a machine frame having rail slides spaced apart from one another in a machine longitudinal direction, which is delimited with respect to a machine transverse direction by two longitudinal members spaced apart from one another.
[02] Such tracked vehicles are widely known and are often equipped with a crane to perform various maintenance on the track. If necessary, the rails are renewed even in short track sections. For this it is of economic advantage to transport the new rails to the construction site with the track construction vehicle.
The object of the present invention is now to provide a track construction vehicle of the type mentioned, with a simplified rail transport is possible.
This object is achieved with a track construction vehicle of the generic type in that at least one longitudinal beam on a - remote from the opposite side member - carrier outer side is connected to a provided rail for receiving rail transport device by a displacement drive in the cross-machine direction relative to the machine frame within a limited by a transport and a loading position displacement is displaceable.
[05] Such a trained rail transport device has the particular advantage that even with an on-demand transport of up to 20 meters long rails, the versatility of the track construction vehicle for other track construction is impaired in any way. The loading of the rails can easily be done by the machine crane. Due to the lateral arrangement of the rail transport device on the longitudinal beam of the machine frame and a subsequent equipment of already in use machines is possible.
Further advantages of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and the drawing description.
[07] In the following the invention will be described in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. 1 and 2 show a view of the rail transport device in a machine longitudinal direction; and FIG. 4 shows a view of the rail transport device in a cross machine direction.
A track construction vehicle 1 for carrying out track construction work which is shown in FIG. 1 has a machine frame 2 with rail carriages 4 distanced from one another in a machine longitudinal direction 3 and can be moved on a track 5. In addition to end cabins 6, a social space 7 for track construction workers and a crane 8 that can be rotated and height-adjusted by drives are also provided.
As can be seen in FIG. 2, the machine frame 2 is delimited with respect to a machine transverse direction 9 by two longitudinal members 10 which are spaced apart from one another. This is in each case connected to a carrier outer side 11 facing away from the opposite longitudinal member 10 with a total of three rail transport devices 13 provided for receiving rails 12 and arranged one behind the other in the machine longitudinal direction 3 (see FIG. For simplicity, the arranged on the opposite side members 10 transport devices 13 are not shown in Fig. 2.
As can be seen in FIGS. 2 to 4, the rail transport device 13 is designed as a carriage 16, which is displaceably mounted along carriage guides 14 in the cross-machine direction 9 and has a rail support surface 15. The longitudinal beam 10, which is designed as an I-beam in cross-section, has a horizontally extending support flange 19 at an upper and lower end 17, 18. A limited distance d by the rail support surface 15 and the upper support flange 19 is formed corresponding to a height of the rail 12 to be transported.
The rail transport device 13 is - with respect to a vertical - between the upper and lower end 17, 18 of the longitudinal member 10 is arranged. The carriage 16 is displaceable by a displacement drive 20 in the machine transverse direction 9 relative to the machine frame 2 within a displacement limited by a transport position and a loading position (see FIGS. 2 and 3, respectively).
As can be seen in particular in connection with FIG. 4, the carriage guide 14 provided on both sides of the carriage 16 is in each case composed of a first guide rail 21 connected to the longitudinal member 10 and a second guide rail 23 connected thereto by a joint 22. This has a the displacement of the carriage 16 corresponding length. Each carriage 16 is connected to guide rollers 26 mounted within the guide rails 21, 23. The rail bearing surface 15 has over this projecting, extending in the machine longitudinal direction 3 and in the cross-machine direction 9 for receiving rail feet 24 spaced from each other centering ribs 25.
For loading the rails 12, the second guide rails 23 are swung out and locked in an aligned with the first guide rails 21 insertion position. Subsequently, the carriage 16 are moved under the action of the displacement drives 20 in the apparent in Fig. 3 loading position. By means of the crane 8 both rails 12 (if necessary, only one) are stored on the rail bearing surfaces 15 and connected by a transport lock 27 with the respective carriage 16.
When the displacement drives 20 are acted upon, the carriages 16, together with the two rails 12, are displaced into the transport position (see Fig. 2). By means of a locking device 28 (see Fig. 4) there is a transport lock the carriage 16. Finally, the second guide rails 23 are pivoted and fixed in an apparent in Fig. 2 and 4 transport position. After reaching the construction site and moving the carriage 16 in the loading position again takes place with the aid of the crane 8, the laying of the two rails 12 on the track. 5

1. Track construction vehicle for carrying out track construction work, with a in a machine longitudinal direction (3) spaced from each other rail carriages (4) having machine frame (2), which is limited with respect to a machine transverse direction (9) by two spaced side members (10), characterized in that at least one longitudinal member (10) is connected to a support outer side (11) facing away from the opposite longitudinal member (10) with a rail transport device (13) provided for receiving rails (12), which is moved in the cross-machine direction (9) by a displacement drive (20). relative to the machine frame (2) is displaceable within a limited by a transport and a loading position displacement.

2. Vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that the rail transport device (13) - with respect to a vertical - between an upper and lower end (17, 18) of the longitudinal member (10) is arranged.
